Though we fought consistently as kids,
and I tattletaled to mom everything that you did.
As we grew older, a faithful, big brother you became.
Despite our geographical distance, our relationship remains the same.
We can reminisce on the past, and convey all the mistakes we’ve made.
I appreciated your apologies over the years, yet long ago I forgave.
I admire your strong work ethic, love for landscaping, and your raw & transparent nature.
I’m fond of the meals you cook, the gifts you give and to mom, you are an excellent provider.
A gentle giant you are. Somewhat of a recluse. You dodge drama as it taps on your door.
Well-ordered you are; a lover of sports, and the world you love to explore.
God is molding you into His masterpiece; your transformation is happening before my eyes.
Your intelligence, helpfulness, and dependable, patient character doesn’t go unrecognized.
