"Robe of Righteousness"

Before Adam and Eve sinned, no artificial clothing covered their frame

A soft, white, light robe, depicting innocence was worn as long as obedience they maintained

But when our first parents sinned, that illumination disappeared

Fig leaves were used to cover their nakedness, and the presence of God they feared

Insufficient was their dress; garments made of animal skins they would now wear

 Symbolizing the sacrifice and righteousness of Christ; their relationship He desired to repair

Fast-forward to modern times; no worldly fashion will ever replace the lost robe of purity

Only the covering of the righteous robe of Christ will make us conquerors in this cosmic controversy
